The training includes:
– Eight coaching modules
– Available 24/7 at any time via a secure online learning platform

– Certificate “systemic coach” after completion of the training.

The training takes place online and offline. The theoretical knowledge is provided online via an online learning platform. The practical exercises take place in a small work group online via Zoom. A full-day classroom training is scheduled at the end of the training in Stuttgart. Target group: Managers who want to perform their role more professionally and with more responsibility in order to motivate their employees to top performance and encourage change. Self-employed people who want to consult and support people as a systemic coach. From practice for practice- using innovative methods, techniques and materials, MEDURI&SPANU pass on their knowledge as systemic coaches to managers and self-employed people.

In the training, participants learn the most important and effective coaching tools that have been tested and successfully applied by MEDURI&SPANU. With these coaching tools, private and professional goals can be achieved and/or values can be developed. The participants learn to focus on the human being holistically with all his abilities and to get a holistic view on the whole system (family, society, business, etc.). The following areas are covered: Life, Business and Mental. This holistic approach makes it possible to manage and solve complex dynamics and problems by oneself. Shifting problems, a self-determined and sustainable personality development is initiated in the client. After successful participation in the systemic coach training, participants will be able to apply the coaching methods and tools in all professional and private areas. The participants are able to successfully conduct professional and sustainable coaching and consulting independently, regardless of the topic and industry.
