FUTURE LEADERSHIP

Leadership competence & constructive communication are important components for the success and sustainability of a company. Leading people and complex issues requires goal-oriented communication and management tools. The FUTURE-LEADERSHIP PROGRAM is developed ad hoc for young leaders and covers in 6 webinar modules, the most important success factors for a leader. The duration of a module is a maximum of half a day.

The online training is practice-oriented and includes role plays as well as practical
exercises in the break-out sessions.
